Besides the periodic circulars, student’s Handbook serves as a convenient channel of two way communication between parents and teachers.
Parents are requested to look into the handbook every day and see to it that the homework assigned for the next day is completed and lessons taught during the day are reviewed.
Teachers will communicate through this handbook in the space allotted below.
Prompt attention to their remarks is very essential.
Regular hours of study at home will help the children to develop proper study habits.
Encourage self-study.
Parents or relatives are not allowed to see the students or meet the teachers during school hours.
Parents can meet the principal from 11.15 am to 12.15 pm every day.
Parents have the opportunity to meet teachers to discuss the progress of the students on every open house. Parents must attend such meetings.
Parents can meet the teachers from 4p.m to 4.30p.m every day.
Constructive suggestions given by the parents are always welcome. Parents are requested to inform the class teacher in writing, whenever there is a change of address or a change in telephone number.
Parents are requested to respond promptly to all school circulars and communication in handbook.
